Pauline goes above and beyond for Stellar week in and week out. She recently suffered a broken arm and continued to work through the injury from home. Her consistent hard work and dedication to the company is second to none! As well as her efforts to maintain a positive office environment for everyone 🤩
Equally, Ken has proved to be an invaluable asset to the company once again this month. He consistently solves problems, delivers under pressure, and has worked valiantly to ensure that targets are met, and even exceeded ✅
A bonus prize that we award each month is for Plonker of the Month. This award goes to someone who has boosted moral, made us laugh, and provided general positive energy to the office. Our plonker this month, as voted by their colleagues, is Simon Elder☺️

ENERGY PRICE CAP WILL RISE BY 1.2% FROM JANUARY📈
Some very important revelations have come about this November in the energy sphere. Most notably, that the ever-rising costs of gas and oil will effect household energy bills once again in the New Year 😕
But all is not lost. Our number 1 goal is to reduce household energy bills, and we do this largely by converting customers energy systems from gas and oil, which is shooting up, to renewable energy systems using solar panels and air source heat pumps. And the best part is, we do it all completely free of charge to our customers thanks to government grants! 🏠

Healey joined us at Stellar only a few weeks ago but has made an exponential impact on our organisation. As Head of Operations, she has demonstrated unmatched innovation, organisation, and a customer-first attitude, which has skyrocketed our service delivery and customer satisfaction😊
Similarly, Ali is an integral member of our Energy Advisory Team, who are the first point of contact for our customers. Over the month of October, Ali booked out the most properties for an initial retrofit survey thanks to his energy expertise and knowledge of the grants🤝🏼
