Yes. Every product we install comes with a warranty ranging from 2 to 25 years depending on the manufacturer and the product.

Properties with a ‘D’ rated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or lower qualify for this scheme. If you’re unsure about your property’s EPC rating, give us a call on 01554 788766 and we can check for you.

No. There are multiple alternative routes to qualify for an ECO or GBIS grant which don’t involve claiming benefits at all. Aside from receiving benefits, you can qualify for qualify for an ECO grant:

• if your annual household income is £31,000 or less, or;
• if someone in your household has a medical condition that makes them vulnerable to the cold.

To qualify for a GBIS grant, the only criteria is:

• if your property is within Council Tax bands A-E in Wales, or A-D in England.
