No! This is not a ‘rent a roof scheme’. Once the system is installed, you own everything from day one.
Can I sell any surplus energy my solar panels generate?
Yes! Any energy that your solar panels generate that you don’t use, you can sell back to the National Grid and to your energy supplier through the Smart Export Guarantee.
What types of roofs can you install on?
We install solar panels on all roof types apart from those with asbestos tiles.
Can I get a battery with the solar system?
Batteries aren’t covered by the scheme but we can provide you with a quote if you’re interested in installing one.
What warranties are provided with the panels?
Our solar panels come with a 12-year warranty and a 30 year guarantee.
What is the wattage of the panels?
The solar panels we install operate between 410w and 435w per panel.
How many solar panels can I have?
The short answer is that it depends on your property. After we have surveyed your property, we professionally calculate how many panels your property will need to reach the highest EPC rating possible, as mandated by the scheme. As soon as we determine this for you, we will let you know specifically how many we will be installing.
